DFI of India, in collaboration with Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar and Indian Geotechnical Society Ahmedabad Chapter, hosted DFI-India 2018: 8th Conference on Deep Foundations Technologies for Infrastructure Development, November 15-17 at IIT Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India. The program highlighted recommended project and contract management practices to identify and mitigate risk through the use of modern methods, tools, and data acquisition. A one-day workshop preceded the conference.
