DFI’s Women in Deep Foundations (WiDF) Committee is facilitated a short series of webinars endeavoured to support students and young professionals in career opportunities and growth prospects in civil engineering.

The Metro NYC section of DFI’s Women in Deep Foundations (WiDF) Committee presented a series of webinars to support and connect industry participants during this challenging COVID-19 time. The webinar series included guest presenters discussing thought-provoking issues related to moving past the crisis to accepting opportunities it could provide for a better tomorrow. Each 1-hour webinar launched with a brief uplifting arts feature, including a musical or story contribution.

DFI’s Women in Deep Foundations (WiDF) Committee hosted a Metro NYC event on Wednesday, November 20 at Mueser Rutledge Consulting Engineers, 225 W 34th Street. The event featured a panel discussion on the impact of mentorship for women in the industry.
